TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AT SILVOKARO.COM (Dru\u0161tvo za gorsko kulturo<\/span>)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Buyer acknowledges and accepts the \u201cTerms and Conditions of Purchase at silvokaro.com\u201d (hereinafter referred to as Terms and Conditions).<\/p>\n

LANGUAGE<\/strong>
\nThe entire purchase process (including payment) is in the English language.<\/p>\n

TERMS OF PAYMENT<\/strong>
\nThe following payment methods are accepted:
\n\u2013 cash on delivery (applicable for goods sent to Slovenian addresses)
\n\u2013\u00a0payment by proforma invoice<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

PRICES<\/strong>
\nAll prices are in Euro (\u20ac).<\/p>\n

WARRANTY CLAIMS<\/strong>
\nAll warranty claims will be resolved within the legally required time period.
\nGoods returned for warranty must be sent to our address, undamaged, unaltered and clearly labelled as \u201cWarranty Claim\u201d. Replacement products will be shipped within three days. Dru\u0161tvo za gorsko kulturo<\/span> reserves the right to reject unjustified claims.
\nIf replacement products are not available, the Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid within 10 days after the goods were returned.<\/p>\n

OTHER RETURNS<\/strong>
\nThe Buyer may cancel the purchase agreement for any reason and without penalty within 15 days of receipt of the goods. This can be done by either:
\n\u2013 returning the goods toDru\u0161tvo za gorsko kulturo<\/span> within 15 days of receipt of the goods; or
\n\u2013 sending a written cancellation notice to Dru\u0161tvo za gorsko kulturo<\/span>, also within 15 days of receipt of the goods.
\nThe purchased goods must be returned within 30 days from the cancellation notice. The goods must be returned undamaged and unaltered. The Buyer is responsible for return postage charges, but incurs no other costs resulting from the cancellation.
\nWithin 30 days from the cancellation notice, the Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid in the transaction (excluding return postage charges described above).<\/p>\n

PRIVACY POLICY AND OTHER PROVISIONS<\/strong>
\nThe Buyer agrees that the Seller collects, stores, and uses the Buyer\u2019s personal information. All such information is collected, stored and used in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, 59\/99, 57\/01). No personal information is passed on to third parties.
\nNothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the Buyer\u2019s rights granted under the Consumer Protection Act.<\/p>\n
