TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AT SILVOKARO.COM (Društvo za gorsko kulturo)
The Buyer acknowledges and accepts the “Terms and Conditions of Purchase at silvokaro.com” (hereinafter referred to as Terms and Conditions).
LANGUAGE
The entire purchase process (including payment) is in the English language.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The following payment methods are accepted:
– cash on delivery (applicable for goods sent to Slovenian addresses)
– payment by proforma invoice
PRICES
All prices are in Euro (€).
WARRANTY CLAIMS
All warranty claims will be resolved within the legally required time period.
Goods returned for warranty must be sent to our address, undamaged, unaltered and clearly labelled as “Warranty Claim”. Replacement products will be shipped within three days. Društvo za gorsko kulturo reserves the right to reject unjustified claims.
If replacement products are not available, the Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid within 10 days after the goods were returned.
OTHER RETURNS
The Buyer may cancel the purchase agreement for any reason and without penalty within 15 days of receipt of the goods. This can be done by either:
– returning the goods toDruštvo za gorsko kulturo within 15 days of receipt of the goods; or
– sending a written cancellation notice to Društvo za gorsko kulturo, also within 15 days of receipt of the goods.
The purchased goods must be returned within 30 days from the cancellation notice. The goods must be returned undamaged and unaltered. The Buyer is responsible for return postage charges, but incurs no other costs resulting from the cancellation.
Within 30 days from the cancellation notice, the Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid in the transaction (excluding return postage charges described above).
PRIVACY POLICY AND OTHER PROVISIONS
The Buyer agrees that the Seller collects, stores, and uses the Buyer’s personal information. All such information is collected, stored and used in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, 59/99, 57/01). No personal information is passed on to third parties.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the Buyer’s rights granted under the Consumer Protection Act.
